  2. Bookings and Payments:

    • All bookings must be made through our official website or booking platform. A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required to secure the appointment.

    • The final payment is due on the day of the scheduled cleaning service, before the commencement of the cleaning.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

    • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the cleaning appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify the client in advance.

  4. Access to the Property:

    • The client must ensure that our cleaning team has unrestricted access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

  5. Cleaning Equipment and Supplies:

    • We will provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. If the client prefers specific cleaning products, they must inform us in advance.

  6. Property Condition:

    • The client must ensure that the property is cleared of personal belongings and rubbish before the cleaning appointment.

    • Our cleaning team will not be responsible for cleaning areas that are obstructed or inaccessible.

  7. Liability:

    • We will take reasonable care when providing the cleaning service, but we are not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the cleaning process.

    • The client is responsible for reporting any pre-existing damage or areas of concern in the property before the cleaning commences.

  8. Guarantee:

    • We offer a guarantee for the end of tenancy cleaning service. If the client is not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, they must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will address the issue promptly and at no extra cost.

  9. Health and Safety:

    • Our cleaning team will comply with health and safety regulations during the service. The client must ensure the property is safe for the cleaning team to work in.
